Capitol Office Solutions Appoints New President - Wednesday, February 04, 2009
COLUMBIA, Md.,Feb. 03, 2009 -- Capitol Office Solutions, a Xerox company (NYSE: XRX), has named Mike Hosking as president. Hosking previously held the position of corporate vice president, channel sales, where he was responsible for the U.S. indirect sales channel.

Hosking will report directly to Dan Cooper, CEO of Electronic Systems Inc. and senior vice president of sales, Global Imaging Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox.

"Mike is a champion of customer service and an expert on the document industry," said Cooper. "Coupled with his strong leadership qualities, I can't think of a better fit to lead Capitol Office Solutions."

Hosking brings more than 26 years of experience to this position, beginning at Savin where he worked for six years. He spent the next nine years of his career at AST Research Corporation where he advanced to the position of regional director. Hosking also spent 11 years at Fujitsu Computer Systems where he rose from regional director to the position of vice president, federal sales.

Capitol Office Solutions is the largest copier and printer dealer in the Metro Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area.
