MWB Business Systems Becomes SoCal Office Technologies - Tuesday, March 17, 2009

CYPRESS, Calif.,March 17, 2009 -- After 31 years of serving Southern California businesses, MWB Business Systems has become one of the largest subsidiaries of Global Imaging Systems, Inc., A Xerox Corporation wholly owned company. MWB has evolved into an industry leader, offering an innovative mix of products and services that have affected the way that organizations manage their document assets. To better represent MWB's position as the premiere Southern California office technology integrator it has changed its company name to SoCal Office Technologies. The new name combines the strengths of the solutions provided and the family of previous acquisitions of Digitec in San Diego, Pacific Office Solutions in Orange County, Calif. and Advanced Business Systems in Chatsworth, Calif.
The transition to the new company name is estimated to be completed by December 2009. There will be no changes to contact information and the products and services provided.
